2. Expected Behavior

2.1 Respect and Dignity

- Treat all participants with respect and dignity
- Show consideration for others' opinions and perspectives
- Avoid interrupting or dominating conversations
- Be open to constructive criticism and feedback

2.2 Professional Communication

- Use professional language in all interactions
- Avoid coarse language or inappropriate comments
- Be clear and constructive in your communication
- Listen actively and show interest in others

2.3 Inclusion and Diversity

- Welcome participants from all backgrounds and experiences
- Avoid prejudices and stereotypes
- Create an environment where everyone feels included
- Encourage diverse perspectives and ideas

2.4 Specific Guidelines

- During meetings and presentations
- Arrive on time for scheduled meetings
- Turn off mobile phones or set them to silent
- Show respect for the speaker and other participants
- Ask relevant questions in a constructive manner
- Avoid disruptive side conversations

2.5 On social media and online

- Respect others' privacy online
- Avoid spreading false information
- Use the same respectful tone online as offline
- Respect copyright and intellectual property rights

2.6 Networking and Networking event

- Be open to meeting new people
- Share your experience and knowledge generously
- Show genuine interest in other participants
- Respect others' time and boundaries

3. Reporting violations

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this code of conduct, we encourage you to report it. We take all reports seriously and will investigate them thoroughly.

- Directly to staff: Find a member of the Alarm Mässan team

- Anonymously: Via our anonymous reporting system

4. Consequences of violations

4.1 Violations of this code of conduct may result in:

- Warning: For less serious violations
- Exclusion from sessions: For repeated or serious violations
- Account termination: For severe violations or repeated issues
- Police report: For criminal acts
Each case is assessed individually, and we strive to be fair and consistent in how we handle violations.
