- Exhibitor: For companies participating in the fair
- Admin: For event administrators

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Permitted activities

5. Bookings and Cancellations

5.1 Booking rules

- Bookings are binding once confirmed

- Maximum number of active bookings per user: 5
- Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance

5.2 Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations are permitted up to 2 hours before the meeting
- Frequent cancellations may result in account restrictions
- No-shows (missed meetings) affect your booking status
